01Definitions

• Referral link — your unique link in the form pulstrade.io/r/yourcode.
• Referred customer — a person who reaches Pulstrade through your referral link.
• Qualified subscription — a paid Pulstrade subscription started by a referred customer through the web checkout within the tracking window, and not refunded, charged back, or cancelled during the hold period.
• Commission — the Tier 1 amount you earn on your own qualified subscriptions.
• Override — the Tier 2 amount you earn on the subscription revenue of partners you personally referred into the program.
• Tracking window — the 60-day period after a click during which a resulting subscription is attributed to you.

02Joining the program

Participation is free. There is no fee to join and nothing to buy to qualify. To join you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and hold a single partner account. Applications are reviewed before approval; we may approve or decline any application at our discretion.

03How you earn

Tier 1 — Direct commission

You earn 30% of the subscription value of each qualified subscription made through your referral link. This is recurring: it is credited for each billing period the subscription remains active and paid, and stops when the customer cancels.

Tier 2 — Override

You earn 10% on the subscription revenue generated by partners you personally referred into the program. The override is paid on their real subscription revenue only — never for the act of recruiting them, and never as a fee for sign-ups.

What does not earn

• Your own subscriptions or self-referrals.
• Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or any channel other than the tracked web checkout — these cannot be attributed and earn no commission.
• Free trials that never convert to a paid subscription.

04Tracking & attribution

Attribution uses a cookie set when a customer clicks your referral link, with a tracking window of 60 days on a last-click basis. Commission is credited only when the referred customer completes a qualified subscription through the web checkout. Your partner dashboard is the authoritative record of clicks, trials, conversions, and commissions.

05Payments

• Commissions are calculated and paid in USD.
• Payouts are processed through our affiliate platform via PayPal or Wise.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50. Balances below the threshold roll over.
• Payouts follow a NET-30 term after the relevant period, which acts as a hold covering refunds and trial cancellations.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges on your commissions.

06Refunds, chargebacks & clawbacks

If a subscription that generated a commission is refunded, charged back, cancelled within the hold period, or later found to be fraudulent, the related commission (and any override on it) is reversed and deducted from your balance. We may withhold payouts while reviewing suspected fraud or abuse.

07How you may promote

Recommend Pulstrade the way the brand requires: specific, disciplined, and honest.

• Use your own genuine content and real recommendations.
• State performance figures only with their source and date.
• Clearly disclose that you are a Pulstrade partner and may earn a commission.
• Include the risk disclaimer on every promotion: "Trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results."

08What is not allowed

The following are prohibited and may lead to removal from the program:

• Profit or income promises, or words like "guaranteed", "risk-free", "sure thing", or "passive income".
• Invented user counts, ratings, testimonials, or fabricated trading results.
• Fake scarcity, countdown timers, or struck-through "discount" pricing.
• Presenting Pulstrade's signals as personalised investment advice.
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading advertising.
• Bidding on Pulstrade trademarks in paid search, impersonating Pulstrade, or running unofficial "official" pages.
• Cookie stuffing, self-referrals, bot traffic, or any form of fraud.
• Promoting to minors or in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful.

09Disclosure & legal compliance

You must disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience. You are responsible for complying with the advertising, consumer-protection, and financial-promotion laws that apply to you and your audience. Pulstrade provides technical analysis and educational content only — not investment advice, brokerage, or asset management — and you must not represent otherwise.

10Enforcement

If you breach these Terms, we will normally issue a warning and a chance to correct it. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of pending commissions connected to the breach. Fraud, illegality, or conduct that endangers the brand may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

11Term & termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, commissions that are properly earned and have cleared the hold period are paid at the next cycle if above the threshold. Pending or uncleared amounts connected to a breach may be withheld. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payments owed, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

12Independent relationship

You participate as an independent contractor. These Terms do not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship. You may not make representations or commitments on Pulstrade's behalf beyond the approved materials we provide.

13No guarantee of earnings

Nothing in these Terms or in any Pulstrade material is a promise of earnings. Your results depend on your own efforts and on real customer subscriptions, which we do not guarantee.

14Liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the commissions properly owed to you, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify Pulstrade against claims arising from your promotions, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

15Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will give notice of material changes. Continuing to participate after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Dubai World Trade Centre Free Zone. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
