Welcome to Pulstrade. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and services. By using Pulstrade, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Name, email address when you register
  • Authentication data from Apple or Google Sign In
  • Trading profile settings (risk tolerance, stop loss, lot size)

Automatically collected:

  • Device type, OS, unique device identifiers
  • Usage data: signals viewed, features used
  • Push notification tokens for signal delivery

Financial information: We do not store payment card data. All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only subscription status confirmation via RevenueCat.

MT5 connection: Your MetaApi token is stored securely and used only to execute trades on your behalf. We never access or store your broker credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver gold trading signals and push notifications
  • Execute auto trades on your connected MT5 account (if enabled)
  • Process your subscription and manage your account
  • Personalize signal levels to your trading profile
  • Monitor usage to improve the app
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication and database
  • RevenueCat — subscription management
  • MetaApi — MT5 broker connectivity
  • Legal authorities when required by law

5. Data Security

We use TLS/SSL encryption in transit, Firebase Firestore encryption at rest, and secure authentication via Apple and Google. No method is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@pulstrade.io. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has provided us data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
