We are not liable for technical failures, missed trades, or incorrect executions. Monitor your account regularly.
Pulstrade shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
